Belgium international contractor Jan de Nul has rewarded MSA-Service  with the electrical installion of a subsea cable trencher. This offshore trencher is especially developed by Jan de Nul for minimal groundpressure in protected areas, maximum cuttingdepth and submersible abilities.

For this electrical installation we designed/engineered and produced the following parts:
- The Controlcontainer for the remote operation of the machine including the PLC controls, SCADA controls and visualisation.

- The power container.

- The 3KV submersible powerdistribution. / Motor and umbilical termination

- I/O submersible junctionbox, cabling and instruments

The containers and submersible junction boxes are engineered and designed  by our mechanical  department in 3D.

The offshore trencher is already succesfully deployed to burry 2 export cables for the Race Bank offshore windmillfarm project off the coast in Engeland.
